Whenever you want to eat a bowl of Ramyeon, you may worry about your health and high calorie form the Ramyeon. Now, you don’t have to worry, here is a secret delicious and healthy recipe for you. It takes only few minute. Just try it at your home!
Before you start, you need to check your refrigerator to prepare materials. Of course, you need to prepare casual instant ramyeon, 300g of beansprout, half of onion, a peace of garlic, one teaspoon of powdered hot papper, a stem of green onion, one teaspoon of seasame, 1/4 carrot and a pair of chopsticks. Also, don’t forget 2 pots with 5cups of water in each pot.(If you have enough time to cook, you can use just only one pot. That is fine.)
First of all, put these pots over the stove. For one pot, boil the water and cover it with lid. Meanwhile, you need to wash vegitables for your fantastic healthy Ramyeon. Then, put cleaned beansprout and mashed garlic into the other pot and boil it without lid to remove bad smell from bean sprout. As long as these pots are boiling, shop the green onion and cut prepared onion and carrot into thin slices with one bite size. If you are not good at cutting something, see this video. All of topping is ready for diving into broth. If two of pots are boiled enough, put noodle into pure boiled water and scatter mix at bean sprout with water. At this time, wait only 2 minutes. Then, take the noodle out of the water and put it into cold water for a while. (It will make the noodle very chewy. I like this type of noodle. If you don’t prefer chewy noodle, you can skip this step.) Take the noodle out of the cold water right away and put it into the other pot which have bean sprout. After all of these works, put chopped topping into the broth and boil it only 2 minutes. During this 2 minutes, mix it well. At the last, pour it well into a bowl, which can stimulate your appetite, and put shopped green onion and sesame on top. (If you want to make it spicy, put some powdered hot pepper.) It is only 350 Kcal per a bowl, which is same amount of calorie with a bowl of rice.
Now, move the bowl to your table and enjoy your Ramyeon! It will be great with Kim chi or some side dishes.
